Great location, close to San Giovanni gate, A and C metro lines, and train station. Quiet area with a coffee shop in the building. Clean and comfortable rooms, perfect for a city break. Easy access to all tourist spots in Rome. Enjoyable stay, would stay again.

The location was fantastic, tucked away on a quiet alley but very close to the metro station San Giovanni. This made it easy for us to explore all the tourist attractions in Rome, including the Colosseum. The room was clean and comfortable, with a modern bathroom. The service provided by the owner was friendly and accommodating. Additionally, there were plenty of options for breakfast nearby, ensuring we started our days off right.
The WiFi connection was unreliable and required frequent reconnections.

Just returned from a fantastic weekend in Rome! The hotel was perfect for our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large modern bathroom. We loved the option of changing the color of the ceiling lights, it made the room feel cozy at night. The location was great, with the metro station nearby and buses right outside the door. We were able to easily explore all the attractions in Rome. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the complimentary hot drink with breakfast was a nice touch. a superb place to stay!
Honestly, there was nothing we disliked about our stay. Everything was clean, modern, and up to a high standard.

This hotel was a fantastic find. the location is unbeatable - just a short walk away from the metro station and with easy access to all the main attractions in the center of the city. Secondly, the staff here really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Emanuel, in particular, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our time here. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with an XL bed that was perfect for a good night's sleep. Plus, having breakfast included was a great bonus.
All in all, our stay here was fantastic. Nothing to complain about!
